If there was one thing you would change in Redmond, what would it be?

The current city councils’ attitude of “If you identify a problem you are the problem”, to a new attitude of “the person who identifies a problem, is the person who has taken the first step in solving the problem.”

Making that one change is important because I want Redmond to be known as a city of problem solvers; where everyone and their voice matters and is respected, regardless of where they come from, their background, or their political beliefs.

Every city has problems; but we can’t solve problems when residents fear being maligned when they discuss them.
